The Armenian Question before the Peace Conference
Joint Armenian memorandum setting out claims and proposed arrangements for the Paris Peace Conference.
Context
A delegation’s submission records its claims; it is not itself a treaty or a conference decision.
The downloaded 1919 pamphlet prints the signed memorandum date as 12 February 1919 and states in a footnote that the delegations appeared before the conference on 26 February. The NLA catalogue was identified but blocked to the checking tool; the linked source is the archival pamphlet scan, not a signed manuscript.
