Official register of the inter-state environmental arbitration brought by Azerbaijan against Armenia.
Context
An inter-state arbitration administered by the PCA as registry. Tribunal decisions, party submissions and PCA notices have distinct authors and functions. Allegations in submissions are the submitting party’s position.
This is a reference to the official public case docket, dated by commencement of the proceedings. It is not a copy of the Notice of Arbitration. The docket identifies only material authorized for public release; it does not establish that the entire case file is public.
