A dated record of TRIPP agreements, governance, implementation, financing and diplomacy.
Counting & sources
Each dated event is counted once in its primary category. Several clauses in one document, translated copies and repeated descriptions do not become additional events. A count measures documented activity, not completed projects or progress toward opening a route.
Event dates take precedence over publication dates. Signing, constitutional review, ratification, entry into force, company registration, spending and operational delivery require different evidence. Official reports are attributed to their issuing institutions. Undated facts and unresolved checks are not assigned invented chart dates.
The reviewed material does not establish an entry-into-force date, company registration, finalized corporate instruments, itemized TRIPP disbursements, construction commencement or route operation. This is a limit of the reviewed evidence, not proof that a step has not occurred.

Mirzoyan reports preliminary study phase completed
ImplementationOfficial record
Implementation · Studies & design
Ararat Mirzoyan said a preliminary technical-study phase had finished, another was underway and company-formation documents were nearing completion.
His late-autumn-or-following-spring construction forecast was conditional, not a certified start date; the interview also identified electricity transmission as potentially preceding railway development.
Aliyev described rail, road, power and fibre connections, with possible future oil and gas pipelines.
In his Nakhchivan interview, he urged clarification of an electricity connection through Armenia and discussed potential export links. These are proposals and expectations; the remarks do not establish agreed designs, Armenian approvals or financing for each component.
Joint statement reports $201 million for regional enterprise fund
FundingOfficial record
Funding · Funding announcements
An Armenia–U.S.–Azerbaijan joint statement reported a $201 million U.S. grant to the Trans-Caspian Enterprise Fund and ongoing engineering surveys in Armenia.
The fund covers the wider South Caucasus and Central Asian trade route; the statement does not itemize a TRIPP allocation, payment to the development company or construction disbursement, and support for a transmission line is an intention rather than a completed asset.
