Planned work

  1. Collect and clarify problems submitted by communities.
  2. Investigate causes and discuss feasible responses with local participants.
  3. Design small pilots and agree how results would be assessed.

Planned outputs: problem briefs, project proposals and documented lessons from any future pilots.
