Each fact check will identify the exact claim, its original source and date, the evidence examined, an assessment, and the author, reviewer and review date. Facts, opinion and uncertainty will be distinguished. Claims of intent or coordination will require separate evidence. Sources and limitations will be disclosed; corrections will be dated and explained. Only reviewed material will be published.
