"Hayk's Arrow" Armenian Strategic CenterMembership

Records

A sourced record of diplomacy, agreements, borders, connectivity and humanitarian measures.

Counting & sources

Counts cover this curated register. Each record has one primary topic and is counted once in the main chart. Multiple reports or translations of the same meeting do not create extra events. Gaps do not establish inactivity. Counts measure recorded developments, not the success of the peace process.

Official statements establish what the issuing body recorded or announced. They do not by themselves prove that every commitment was fulfilled. Event dates drive charts; later publication dates are retained separately. The register is selective and will need further additions.

Connectivity · Transport talks

Armenia, Azerbaijan and Russia agreed a deputy-prime-minister working group on reopening economic and transport links.

The signed joint statement sets a work programme and expert subgroups. It does not itself establish that any route was built or opened.

Five Armenians released in January

HumanitarianReported implementation

Humanitarian · Detainees

The release is confirmed; sources disagree between 28 and 29 January.

Contemporary Armenian reporting dates the return to 28 January. The EU’s later speech gives 29 January. Month precision is retained until the original transfer record resolves the discrepancy; no second batch is inferred.
