A sourced record of diplomacy, agreements, borders, connectivity and humanitarian measures.
Counting & sources
Counts cover this curated register. Each record has one primary topic and is counted once in the main chart. Multiple reports or translations of the same meeting do not create extra events. Gaps do not establish inactivity. Counts measure recorded developments, not the success of the peace process.
Official statements establish what the issuing body recorded or announced. They do not by themselves prove that every commitment was fulfilled. Event dates drive charts; later publication dates are retained separately. The register is selective and will need further additions.

The later agreement’s preamble dates the announcement to 13 January; the Armenian MFA published it on 14 January. The framework states that it imposes no legal commitments or obligations.
