A sourced record of diplomacy, agreements, borders, connectivity and humanitarian measures.
Counting & sources
Counts cover this curated register. Each record has one primary topic and is counted once in the main chart. Multiple reports or translations of the same meeting do not create extra events. Gaps do not establish inactivity. Counts measure recorded developments, not the success of the peace process.
Official statements establish what the issuing body recorded or announced. They do not by themselves prove that every commitment was fulfilled. Event dates drive charts; later publication dates are retained separately. The register is selective and will need further additions.

Security & lawCourt order
Security & law · Court orders
The ICJ ordered Azerbaijan to ensure unimpeded movement of people, vehicles and cargo along the Lachin Corridor in both directions.
Paragraph 67 sets out the provisional measure pending the final decision under CERD. This record establishes the court order, not its implementation or a final merits judgment.
The EU launched EUMA on the Armenian side of the border to support stability and confidence-building.
The Council distinguished the 20 February launch from the 23 January decision establishing the mission. EUMA is a civilian, non-executive mission, not a military security guarantee.
