The university dates the seminar to 3 March. İRƏLİ organized the project, the Culture Ministry funded it, and WAC and MEMİM were partners. Named WAC representatives spoke. Add a March observation for the existing university, not a new institution.

The university report was published 4 November but explicitly dates the event to 30 October. Record it as October activity with November publication evidence. No attendance total or new institutional agreement is established.
