Turkish Aerospace / TUSAŞ · Jet-powered flying-wing aircraft

ANKA III is Turkish Aerospace’s jet-powered flying-wing unmanned combat-aircraft programme. It differs from the propeller-driven ANKA and AKSUNGUR families despite shared engineering experience and ground systems. The current product page describes prototype flights and integration work, while continuing to frame Air Force delivery as planned rather than a completed acceptance milestone.[9]
Prototype flight testing[9]
Published manufacturer figures describe the stated configuration. They are not independently verified performance results; variants and operating conditions can differ.
The manufacturer records the first flight on 28 December 2023. A separate official account describes two prototypes flying together on 18 March 2025 for the 110th-anniversary commemoration. This is a dated milestone beyond the original first flight; a ceremonial appearance does not itself demonstrate delivery or operational acceptance.[9][30]
The current page reports a second prototype beginning tests and continued integration. Its future-oriented performance language is not promoted to independently verified results. The six specifications are manufacturer-published programme values, not proof that every test aircraft achieved those values together or that military fleet acceptance has been completed.[9]
The records identify one ANKA III programme and multiple prototypes, without supporting a separate formal variant catalogue. Prototype count is not a delivered-fleet count. Shared ground systems are documented as engineering continuity rather than evidence of interchangeable airframes, performance or acceptance histories.[9][30]
No platform-specific export record is established by the selected sources in this edition. Industry agreements are listed in the observatory’s export register.
