A sourced record of diplomacy, agreements, borders, connectivity and humanitarian measures.
Counting & sources
Counts cover this curated register. Each record has one primary topic and is counted once in the main chart. Multiple reports or translations of the same meeting do not create extra events. Gaps do not establish inactivity. Counts measure recorded developments, not the success of the peace process.
Official statements establish what the issuing body recorded or announced. They do not by themselves prove that every commitment was fulfilled. Event dates drive charts; later publication dates are retained separately. The register is selective and will need further additions.

EUMA mandate extended to February 2027

Monitoring
The EU Council extended EUMA for two years and allocated over €44 million.
The renewed period runs from 20 February 2025 to 19 February 2027 with the same unarmed civilian tasks. This is a mandate decision, not proof of a bilateral peace treaty entering into force.
