A sourced record of Armenia–EU diplomacy, agreements, reforms, mobility, economic support and security cooperation.
Counting & sources
This is a curated register, not an exhaustive count of every meeting or EU-funded activity. Each record has one primary category. Repeated reports, translated copies and individual clauses do not create extra events. A single programme’s successive legal, funding and implementation stages may be recorded separately when independently dated. Gaps do not establish inactivity.
Event dates drive the charts; later publication dates are retained separately. A national law expressing European aspirations is not an EU decision granting candidate status. Visa facilitation, a liberalisation action plan and visa-free travel are different legal stages. Announced or approved assistance is not treated as disbursed funding. Assessments establish what the issuing institution reported, not independent proof of every outcome.

Hybrid resilience
The EU launched EUPM Armenia to support resilience against cyber, information and illicit-finance threats.
The non-executive civilian mission advises and builds institutional capacity; it does not take decisions for Armenian authorities. This is the operational stage after the April establishment decision.
The Council established EUPM Armenia to advise Armenian institutions on hybrid threats and resilience.
The initial mandate is two years, covering cyber threats, information manipulation and illicit finance. This advisory mission is separate from EUMA; operational launch followed in July.
The Council approved a further €20 million for Armenian Armed Forces logistics, bringing approved EPF support to €30 million.
The new measure expands the deployable camp to brigade size. The combined €30 million is an approved envelope, not evidence of full disbursement or delivery.
EUMCAP became fully operational in Armenia after the Council’s deployment decision.
The Council’s later mission-establishment account explicitly supplies 20 October as the operational date; it is separate from the 17 October authorisation.
