A sourced chronology of diplomacy, agreements, security arrangements, economic cooperation and mobility.
Counting & sources
This is a curated register, not an exhaustive count. Each event has one primary category and is counted once within this monitor. Repeated reports and translations do not create extra events. Shared developments may appear in related monitors and must not be added together as unique events. Counts measure recorded developments, not policy success or democratic quality. Gaps do not establish inactivity.
Official statements establish what the issuing body recorded or announced. They do not by themselves prove that every commitment was fulfilled. Event dates drive charts; later publication dates are retained separately. The register is selective and will need further additions.

Bishkek meeting reviews bilateral direction
DiplomacyOfficial record
Leaders
Pashinyan and Putin met in Bishkek and discussed bilateral economic relations and Armenia’s EU and EAEU agendas.
Putin raised compatibility concerns; Pashinyan called for reconsidering bilateral relations in the changed regional context. These remain attributed positions.
Mirzoyan and Lavrov met in Moscow for private and delegation-level talks.
Armenia’s account stressed sovereignty, practical cooperation and discussion of disagreements; the meeting is not itself proof that differences were resolved.
