A sourced record of talks, agreements, border arrangements, transport, trade and humanitarian contacts.
Counting & sources
Each record has one primary category and is counted once. A meeting that addresses several topics remains one event. Repeated announcements, translations and mirrored reports do not create extra events. The chart measures documented developments, not the success of normalization.
Event dates determine the timeline; a later publication date is shown separately. Month-only dates are retained when the exact day is not established. Official statements verify what a body recorded, agreed or announced; implementation is identified separately. Coverage is selective and may be expanded.

Second Armenian earthquake-aid delivery
HumanitarianAid provided
Disaster relief
Armenia sent a further 12 tonnes of humanitarian aid through Margara–Alican.
The official overview dates this second delivery to 15 February, distinct from the 100-tonne convoy on 11 February. These figures describe the two consignments, not annual trade.
A 27-member Armenian search-and-rescue team worked in Adıyaman from 8 to 16 February.
The deployment dates and team size are stated in Armenia’s official bilateral overview. This is operational humanitarian assistance, not a permanent border-opening measure.
