About this monitor

A selected evidence register, not a complete census. Each entry includes its source and the limits of what can be concluded.

Records are organised by country and category, then by date. Event and publication dates are distinguished. Announcements do not establish delivery; a reported allegation is not a judicial finding. Historical records do not establish a person’s or programme’s current status.
