A sourced record of diplomacy, agreements, borders, connectivity and humanitarian measures.

Counting & sources

Counts cover this curated register. Each record has one primary topic and is counted once in the main chart. Multiple reports or translations of the same meeting do not create extra events. Gaps do not establish inactivity. Counts measure recorded developments, not the success of the peace process.

Official statements establish what the issuing body recorded or announced. They do not by themselves prove that every commitment was fulfilled. Event dates drive charts; later publication dates are retained separately. The register is selective and will need further additions.

Monitoring

The EU Council extended EUMA for two years and allocated over €44 million.

Delimitation

Pashinyan announced border-guard deployment in the delimited Berkaber, Voskepar and Baghanis sectors.

The address gives 1.9 km at Berkaber and 4.9 km at Voskepar–Baghanis. The 5.8 km Kirants sector was to use a transitional protection scheme until 24 July; the statement alone does not verify later completion.

Border-sector protocol-description agreed

BordersAgreed

Delimitation

The ninth meeting agreed descriptions of four initial sectors using adjusted ground coordinates.

The readout cites the 1976 Soviet General Staff map duty-approved in 1979 and says a meeting protocol was signed. Border-service deployment was a later implementation step.

BordersAgreedKey event

Delimitation

The eighth border meeting agreed preliminary delimitation of four named sectors and use of the 1991 Alma-Ata basis.
