A sourced record of Armenia–EU diplomacy, agreements, reforms, mobility, economic support and security cooperation.
Counting & sources
This is a curated register, not an exhaustive count of every meeting or EU-funded activity. Each record has one primary category. Repeated reports, translated copies and individual clauses do not create extra events. A single programme’s successive legal, funding and implementation stages may be recorded separately when independently dated. Gaps do not establish inactivity.
Event dates drive the charts; later publication dates are retained separately. A national law expressing European aspirations is not an EU decision granting candidate status. Visa facilitation, a liberalisation action plan and visa-free travel are different legal stages. Announced or approved assistance is not treated as disbursed funding. Assessments establish what the issuing institution reported, not independent proof of every outcome.

Pashinyan returns to the European Parliament
DiplomacyOfficial record
Parliamentary relations
Pashinyan addressed the European Parliament in Strasbourg on Armenia’s European direction and regional developments.
The Prime Minister’s official visit account dates the address to 11 March 2026. The speech and meeting with the Parliament’s president are counted as one visit; expressed aspirations are not EU institutional accession decisions.
