Armenia–EU Relations Monitor
A sourced record of Armenia–EU diplomacy, agreements, reforms, mobility, economic support and security cooperation.
Why this monitor matters
Armenia’s relations with the European Union span diplomacy, agreements, reforms, mobility, economic support and security cooperation. The Comprehensive and Enhanced Partnership Agreement (CEPA) provides a central legal framework. This monitor distinguishes meetings and commitments from legal effect, funding decisions and reported results.
One dashboard brings together the selected record since independence. The current view begins with CEPA’s full entry into force in March 2021; historical and complete views show annual totals. Choose one or several topics and open their short records, original sources and expandable detail.

Counting & sources
This is a curated register, not an exhaustive count of every meeting or EU-funded activity. Each record has one primary category. Repeated reports, translated copies and individual clauses do not create extra events. A single programme’s successive legal, funding and implementation stages may be recorded separately when independently dated. Gaps do not establish inactivity.
Event dates drive the charts; later publication dates are retained separately. A national law expressing European aspirations is not an EU decision granting candidate status. Visa facilitation, a liberalisation action plan and visa-free travel are different legal stages. Announced or approved assistance is not treated as disbursed funding. Assessments establish what the issuing institution reported, not independent proof of every outcome.
