A sourced record of Armenia–EU diplomacy, agreements, reforms, mobility, economic support and security cooperation.
Counting & sources
This is a curated register, not an exhaustive count of every meeting or EU-funded activity. Each record has one primary category. Repeated reports, translated copies and individual clauses do not create extra events. A single programme’s successive legal, funding and implementation stages may be recorded separately when independently dated. Gaps do not establish inactivity.
Event dates drive the charts; later publication dates are retained separately. A national law expressing European aspirations is not an EU decision granting candidate status. Visa facilitation, a liberalisation action plan and visa-free travel are different legal stages. Announced or approved assistance is not treated as disbursed funding. Assessments establish what the issuing institution reported, not independent proof of every outcome.

Justice dialogue reviews reform strategies
ReformsOfficial record
Reforms · Justice & rights
The second Strategic Policy Dialogue linked EU support to Armenia’s draft judicial and anti-corruption strategies.
The 4 October meeting discussed the draft 2019–2023 judicial and 2019–2022 anti-corruption strategies and instruments for implementation. It followed the dialogue’s September 2018 launch; drafts were not completed reforms.
The Council reviewed CEPA implementation and judicial, electoral and economic reforms.
The meeting welcomed Armenia’s implementation roadmap and discussed justice reform and labour inspection. Its discussion of these measures is distinct from their adoption or verified completion.
Armenia adopted a CEPA implementation roadmap following consultation with civil society.
The joint Partnership Council statement published on 13 June dates the adoption to 1 June 2019. A roadmap schedules reforms and does not establish that its measures were completed.
