    Alekberli speaks as acting chair

    In a direct interview, Alekberli was identified as first deputy and said he was acting chair of the Azerbaijan Refugees Society.

    He also described reorganization at a 2010 conference. No original resolution or exact date was obtained.

    This documents his public role in March 2013, not an appointment order. His claim of creation and registration in 1991 conflicts with later dates.

    The direct interview documents the role and remarks attributed to Alekberli. His account of founding and registration is a retrospective claim and is assessed separately.
