    A published Council list allocates 7,000 AZN to the society for monitoring social problems and preparing proposals.

    Named body: Azerbaijan Refugees Society

    The dated list identifies Aziz Alakbarov as leader. The project concerns former residents of Armenia from 1988–1992. The original Council-hosted decision and payment records were not recovered. The existing unsuccessful 2016 application describes a continuation of the 2015 project.

    Published allocation announcement; payment and project completion have not been established. It names the predecessor society, not proof of WAC legal succession.
