    Property-claims project receives listed allocation

    A published Council list allocates 7,000 AZN to the society for calculating alleged material and non-material losses.

    The first-competition 2017 list names Aziz Alakbarov and a project concerning alleged losses during the 1988–1992 displacement. The two outlets reproduce one award list. Neither payment, completed calculations nor the underlying claims are independently verified.
