    Not confirmed

A later institutional history gives 12 August 2022 as the Ministry of Justice registration date after renaming.

The specific founding or registration milestone is not established by the available original records. This is an evidence limit, not a finding that the event did not happen.

    Contemporary record

A same-day announcement describes the new name, charter and elections to the board, supervisory and audit bodies.

    Named body: “Western Azerbaijan Community”

    Contemporary record

A contemporary report names Alekberli and Samir Adigozelli as signatories to a cooperation protocol at the society's headquarters.
